This blueberry smoothie recipe is easy to make and delicious.
1 cup fresh/frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen pineapple – sometimes I love doing strawberries instead!
1 fresh/frozen banana
1 cup milk or juice of your choice (I use cows milk, or apple juice)
Blend all together! If all the fruit is fresh, add some ice cubes.
